The CN Consortium is a group of institutions and subject matter experts assembled by CourseNetworking, LLC in order to accomplish several shared missions: Continue to review, and refine CN products: CN Post, LMS, and ePortfolio into solutions that meet the needs of modern students, and share successful use cases studies among ed-tech stakeholders to spread knowledge on best practices in teaching, learning, and ed-tech implementation across a number of sectors.

CN World.org is a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization launched in 2022 to offer free and open teaching and learning software tools and services to teachers and students in developing countries. CN World is committed to bridge the digital divide ensuring equal access to high-quality educational technology tools.
CourseNetworking LLC provides a free perpetual software license to the CN World for dissemination among qualified institutions while continuing to commercialize its products and services to institutions not qualified for free licenses and services.
CN Alliance
CN develops partnerships with other educational technology companies and research institutions by mutually exchanging or developing APIs to improve products and services collaboratively.
